• Local SEO optimization
• Google Business Profile management
• Website optimization
• Content creation
• Link building

2. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to improve rankings and visibility, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

• Search engine rankings
• Traffic increases
• Revenue growth

Search engine algorithms are outside our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to websites and accounts
• Respond to requests in a timely manner

Failure to do so may impact results.

4. Payments

• Fees are outlined in your service agreement or proposal
• Payments are due as specified (monthly, upfront, or milestone-based)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Work already completed will not be refunded

6. Intellectual Property

• Any materials created by Trust SEO remain our property until paid in full
• Upon full payment, ownership may transfer unless otherwise agreed

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful activities
• Engage in spam, black-hat SEO, or deceptive practices
• Violate third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services

9. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Cooperation is not provided

Clients may terminate services per the agreement terms.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• Changes to Google, Meta, or other platforms
• Account suspensions or penalties imposed by third parties

11. Confidentiality

We will keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
